January 2006 - started trying to conceive (ttc) our first child
February 2007 - went to ObGyn for initial testing; all blood work was normal; endometriosis suspected
March 2008 - saw my first reproductive endocrinologist (RE); endometriosis suspected again as well as polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS); had laparoscopy to officially diagnose endometriosis
May 2008 through September 2008- started Lupron to give my body a clean slate from the endometriosis
December 2008 - started ttc again after Lupron therapy
March 2009 - tried 25mg Clomid to help with PCOS
April 2009 - tried 50mg Clomid to help with PCOS
June 2009 - moved to Alabama
August 2009 - saw second RE; prescribed 100mg Clomid to help with PCOS; ordered more blood work; discovered male factor infertility (MFIF)
